The overall purpose of the position was to spearhead, initiate, direct and complete long and short term ‘special projects’ for operations, franchise, purchasing, finance, human resources, new restaurant development etc.

This included 3 year’s worth of practical training as required by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) to qualify as Chartered Accountant.This also included an intercompany global skills exchange program, where I was transferred from the Cape Town office to the Denver office.
