Ik ben een ervaren manager& verbinder op het snijvlak van onderzoek, financiering en valorisatie in de life sciences. Ik ben goed in het opzetten, vlottrekken, coördineren & managen van projecten en consortia en vind het leuk om teams van (biotech) startups te adviseren over hun business development.Ik houd er van om individuele onderzoekers, bedrijven, onderzoeksgroepen en –organisaties te helpen bij het verhogen van de kwaliteit van hun bedrijfsvoering, dienstverlening of onderzoek. Dat doe ik door te sturen op focus in vraagstelling, het opstellen van scherp geformuleerde (project)plannen en een bewuste publicatiestrategie. Dit stelt mij ook in staat zeer succesvol fondsen te werven. Dit doe ik het liefst van buiten naar binnen: Wat is de vraag en / of behoefte van de buitenwereld (patiënten, klanten, bedrijven en overheden) en hoe is dat te vertalen naar interessante, goede, haalbare en financierbare projecten?
