2015 - 2016 Running a Transition Program for a client towards a new Digital Strategy including process development, tools (CRM, G/L, CMS, email marketing), supplier and contract evaluation and service delivery management. The new CRM solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with a service layer integrating with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Everything is cloud based and running on Azure. The solution is also integration with EPi Server, APSIS and QlikView.2012-2014 Establishing Service Management processes and organization for a client.
