I was responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, including job descriptions, active sourcing, pre-screening, face-to-face interviews, contract negotiation and onboarding.

I joined Amazon in the Pay Services Organization, where I streamlined processes, collaborated with social security institutions and maintained personnel information systems. I also played a role in an internal recruitment initiative.

I joined my former team leader and his business partner to build a successful personnel consulting agency from the ground up. I identified potential clients and utilized cold calling for sales while guiding them through recruitment processes. For candidates, I employed active search strategies, conducted interviews and prepared profiles. Additionally, I managed various teams and contributed to internal recruitment and training.

I began as a Junior Account Manager, surpassing my sales targets. Within six months, I became a Team Lead Assistant and was promoted to Team Leader after a year. In these roles, I managed internal recruiting, developed and trained new team members and led a sales-focused team of up to 10 employees.

I supported a local HR business partner with administrative tasks, including onboarding and talent management initiatives, while also incorporating my work experience into my master's thesis.

I transitioned to the HR Services team, where I supported employee compensation and helped establish a think tank for administrative streamlining. Additionally, I served as a member of the elected youth and training representatives.

At E.ON, I worked on projects involving Employer Reputation (E.ON AG), Management and Organizational Development (E.ON Česká republika) and Talent Management (E.ON IT).
