- Follow up on HSE requirements (risk analyze, environmental aspects, MOC – management of change and HSE goals in HPD)- Coordination of planning, procurement and manufacturing in order to fulfill customer quantity, quality and delivery time (PPM, OTTR)- Implementation HOS requirements (methods of continual improvement 5S, SMED, TPM, KAIZEN etc.) to the shopfloor- Daily improvements in production flow or methods- Optimalization of workplace ergonomics, workplace layout design- Working out of the principle of team-work- Implementation HSE requirements at the site, ensuring required training is delivered to all required employees- Managing and monitoring respect of Integrated Management System standards (products quality, protection of the environment and safety of work and health protection)- Managing and organization of manufacturing department to guarantee the smooth flow of production and avoid non-productivity - Ensuring that workers respect Code of Conduct and the company’s human resources policy (Company Principles).- Evaluation, motivation and supporting personal development of employees, discipline supervision - Communication and cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth production process- Preparation reports regarding various production outputs to inform company management- Preparation and following budget of department- Leading team of 100 direct and 12 indirect employees- Managing transfer of productions:o 2008 – transfer Welding masks – 15 new HCs (annual turnover 3M€)o 2012 – transfer PPE products – 40 new HCs (annual turnover 15M€)o 2013 – transfer Knitted Gloves – 35 new HCs (annual turnover 5M€)o 2014 - transfer Technical workwear – 5 new HCs (annual turnover 1,5M€)
