Director Field Engineering / Product Management- Write product definitions for PMP product line based on 5G packet standard- Design and execute field experiments to prove the inherent advantage of OTFS over OFDM in the field (OTFS as a potential 5G standard)- Provide feedback and data analysis to evaluate the difference between the wireless channel on OTFS signals and compare to the 3GPP 5G standard- Select and secure locations for field trials that show large delay spread and Doppler even if the endpoints are not moving, these sites will highlight the advantages of OTFS over the 3GPP 5G consider implementation- Plan and execute successful customer trials with Tier 1 carriers all around the world, e.g. Telstra, Telefonica, Deutsche Telekom, Charter, Altice- Develop a new planning model to show wireless and financial performance of Cohere's Fixed Wireless - Access product line. This new model has been reviewed and accepted by multiple large Network operators- Secure experimental licenses for Field trials from the FCC- Provide expert opinions on future standards to the FCC- Provided written documentation and field implementation procedures in a carrier environment.

Organisation of large scale deployments, coordinating efforts of network planners, installers and vendor resources. Responsible for equipment vendor in the worlds largest and most dense 80GHz deployment. Develop training material and provide all technical certification training classes. Provide a turnkey FCC licensing service for the 80GHz band. Direct contact for all technical inquiries from customers, ranging from installation questions to product qualification for large carrier networks. Provide technical content for RFP and RFQ inquiries. Site visits to solve product or installation related problems after tier 3 support has not been able to provide a solution to the end customer. Implementation and validation of ITU rain model for use with 60 and 80GHz products. Provide microwave link planning for enterprise customers and provide planning support to carrier customers.
