In this position I have participated as a specialist in a project team with the task to develop and launch the new Online Leisure Time Shop. This Online Shop enables the customers to buy combo packages including travel tickets and leisure activities. After launch of this Online Shop my responsibilites are to maintain, upload new offers, activity reporting, internal and external customer service and further development of the Shop. As Website Manager I was responsible for content maintenance and further development of the Web Content System, which included programmation of all the offers, Newsletters, development of forms, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Online Marketing. The system I used was Typo3. I also participated in the launch of a Shop for vouchers and the iPhone App of RailAway.

Being responsible for launching, programming, making refunds and generation of statistics of the Event Ticketing system ShoWare, I learned and got detailed insight in event marketing, finding ticket solutions for customers, support for Product Managers and Point of sales (POS).

During this period I gained broad experience from being placed at different train stations in different positions e.g. sales of all kind of train tickets, airline and event tickets, customer service, group travels, hotel bookings, cargo coordination and dispatching trains. Examples of the train station where i was placed are: Gossau SG, Romanshorn, Schwerzenbach ZH, St. Gallen and Zurich Airport.
