My most recent position as a Senior Business Service Specialist/ Notary Public with Cox Automotive lasted for 9 years until a Reduction in Force happened in June 2023. While in this position, I travelled to Franchise New Car Dealerships in multiple parishes daily to notarize deals, train and troubleshoot issues. I developed relationships with Owners, F & I Managers, Title Clerks and office staff. I managed our Fleet vehicles for the New Orleans office, which included record keeping, maintenance and monthly inspections. I was a member of our Client Retention team and helped train/mentor new hire Notaries. I was a Public Tag agent for the State of Louisiana, passing an extensive State employee background check. I have an extensive background in the Banking industry. My retail banking experiences have included the following positions over the past 15 + years: Teller, New Accounts Representative, Assistant Branch Manager and Senior Relationship Banker and Banking Officer. While with Iberia Bank, I worked as a Mentor for new hires, served on several committees geared towards improving customer service & setting branch expectations. I was a member of the Acquisition/ Conversion team for several bank mergers locally and out of state. I have also received numerous awards for preventing bank losses due to fraud.I have also worked in the Executive and Commercial departments as well. My responsibilities included providing Administrative Support to the Market Manager and other Executive officers; travel arrangements, expense reports, calendaring, board meeting/ annual meeting preparations and donations. I also provided support when needed to Commercial Loan officers and their assistants.In 2008, I became a Notary Public for the State of Louisiana. I passed the exam successfully on the first attempt. I have a small client base that consists of several local companies that require mobile notary services, as well as some out of state lenders that utilize my knowledge in real estate closings as a signing agent.
