Networked with area healthcare providers, community and non-profit organizations, as well as area care-providing living environments to educate on the benefits of non-medical care providers. Planned the Appleton and Green Bay Senior Extravaganzas, coordinated with local media and area partners to insure the success of the event for area seniors and those needing some extra help while living at home.

Began my position with, then, Sunrise Medical LTC Division in the Inside Sales Team as an Account Manager. I was promoted to Marketing Coordinator October 2005. I was responsible for maintaining the corporate website, administrated CRM database, SalesLogix. Additionally, I was responsible for and assisted with copy writing for corporate advertising, educational items, coordinated our company's participating in our national trade shows, AAHSA and AACA.

My career at JC Penney began as a sales associate working the sales floor providing customer service. Eventually, I transitioned into the Fine Jewelry department where I began to mold my personal selling skills. In May 2004, I was promoted to Senior Customer Service Supervisor, and was responsible for the operations of the Men's and Fine Jewelry Departments. In addition to ensuring the departments were merchandised according to corporate specifications, I provided customer service in a managerial role.
