Role consisted of warm ups, manual handling coaching and conditioning sessions ensuring employees are able to meet the demands of their role and go home safely. As part of the program I also provided new employees with manual handling training and support within their new job.During manual handling coaching I used stated of the art technology to monitor workers movements and provide feedback to preform tasks safely and efficiently.Functional assessments were also conducted using technology to monitor workers individually but also as a site to manage trends and address the deficiencies to reduce chance of injury.Reports were completed on a weekly basis as well as Quaterly reports that were presented to Vic state manager and fleet and freight managers.
