You know what I love about the wind? That nobody ever asks it why it didn’t stay longer in any one place.My name is Stefania and I am the founder of The Crowned Mountain, a facilitation and coaching service born out of a desire to help professional women stop trying to conform to a world that wasn’t built for them (Or, should I say, for us) and to instead start owning their story.Why owning one's story? Because it's the only way to give it a different meaning and step up as the leader the world truly needs (Even if it doesn’t know it yet). 🌖 Like the wind’s — that moves me —, mine wasn’t a linear path. At the start of my career, it saw me working at the UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME, managing projects that aimed to change entire economies so that women and youth could be included in their communities and empowered to participate in the economic system that had excluded them in the first place. 🌔 A career switch to the world of tech and GOOGLE allowed me to look at development — both systemic and personal — from an entirely different perspective. Meanwhile, I learned the arts of ONLINE MARKETING and B2B Sales, and taught WORKSHOPS focusing on MINDFULNESS and INCLUSION.
