I’m a Senior Partner at Deloitte Financial Advisory. Over the course of my career at Deloitte, I’ve gained an extensive forensic experience in leading national as well as international activities of forensic engagements, including: (i) investigations aimed at detecting financial and corporate crimes (fraud, bribery and corruption, money laundering, tax evasion cyber crime, etc); (ii) experience as Expert Witness appointed in the context of civil, criminal and tax proceedings and arbitration, providing oral evidence in Court where requested (iv) experience as independent third expert in purchase price disputes; (iv) Integrity Due Diligence, Anti corruption Due Diligence, Internal control framework review.I am Deloitte Italy Financial & Corporate Crime integrated offering Leader.In addition to this role as a Forensic Partner, I really enjoyed to be Deloitte Financial Advisory Talent Leader from 2016 to May 2019 and People & Purpose Leader for Deloitte Italy, Greece and Malta from June 2019 to June 2023. My main tasks in these area revolved around the themes of diversity, inclusion, employer’s well-being and talent acquisition and development. We invested in training and learning in order to improve our people skills and enrich their talent experience, leading them to a path of constant development and creating a better working environment in order to retain and attract the best pool of talents.
