My goal is to help them stand out in the market through original and innovative approaches.I design and deliver tailored training programs, both in the classroom and in the field, to enhance employees’ skills, with a particular focus on branding strategies, including employer branding and employee advocacy. My aim is not just to strengthen brands, but to do so in truly original ways. Each session is an opportunity to make a lasting impact, guiding individuals and companies in discovering their unique voices in a crowded marketplaceI believe that knowledge is a powerful driver of change, and I strive to convey its value through teaching. Since 2011, I have been an adjunct professor at Università Cattolica, where I teach marketing and branding in both master’s and bachelor’s programs.Well aware of the growing importance of marketing within every organization and very interested in the blending of marketing and HR, in 2016 I created Trademark-You, a project that supports entrepreneurs, managers and professionals in designing their personal and professional branding strategy and develops employer branding and employee advocacy projects to assist companies in valuing their employees and attracting new talents.In the first part of my career I climbed the corporate ladder and that experience still helps me today to better understand the needs and goals of an organization. My most important corporate experience, that truly tested and honed my skills, was the launch of Red Bull Energy Drink in Italy, in 1999. Those ten challenging years were not just about building a brand; they were about creating a movement. That experience taught me the power of passion and perseverance, lessons I carry into every project and collaboration.
