As an internal sales advisor I was responsible for the entire sales flow from lead to deal. I received leads from various sources and engaged potential customers by analyzing their needs, scheduling meetings, conducting technical property analyses for regulatory compliance, and recommending suitable residential propane gas systems.Whilst this was the main part of my job, I was also responsible for developing the online sales flow, from scratch. Additionally I also significantly improved the existing renewal process to be more efficient and to improve customer retention. In my day-to-day work I use Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Navision Dynamics, and Salesforce. I acquired a certificate in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt).

As a customer service representative I was responsible for B2C and B2B customers, with questions regarding orders and billing, as well as contract renewals. I facilitated communication between the different departments of Primagaz to resolve customer issues, connecting all sides of the business. This quickly garnered me a reputation of a problem solver and a go-to person for tackling complex challenges.
