Handle external and internal communication with all interlocutor always representing the Company in a professional manner, always focusing on high standards and confidentiality.Replacing Personal Assistants during holidays time, maternity leave, unexpected illness and other states of emergency - even remotely - helped in deepening a great multiplicity of roles in different surrounding circumstances, developing soft skills as resilience, active listening and balance between reactivity and proactive way as well.
