- Answering telephone calls and sending promptly offers for requests received by phone or email.- Receiving, registering and assigning documents to translators for being translated, preparingorders for delivery to the customer (print, scan, copy)- Maintaining and constantly updating the orders account and the invoice account issued forthe customers, updating the translators database.- Coordinating preparation and notarization of translations, Apostille.- Maintaining data confidentiality- Ensuring that the documents are accurately translated- Market research and increasing customer portfolio
