Customer Operation Executive
Current• Placing and managing customer orders for EMEA and South America distributors for all the Company's brands• Daily tasks include placing customer orders, resolve queries, and provide regular updates on order progress (from order placement to delivery). • Working collaboratively with supply chain, commercial and credit departments• Focus on orderbook conversion once stock is available for delivery to customers• Carry out cancellations, credits, debits, returns of non-faulty goods, VAS and DC requirements• Managing the key activities and actions involved in processing an order to the satisfaction of the customer• Understanding of Export and Internal Direct Delivery processes • Ability to interrogate and source information from SAP
