Customer Operation Executive
Current- Placing and managing customer orders for EMEA and South America distributors for all the Company's brands
- Daily tasks include placing customer orders, resolve queries, and provide regular updates on order progress (from order placement to delivery).
- Working collaboratively with supply chain, commercial and credit departments
- Focus on orderbook conversion once stock is available for delivery to customers
- Carry out cancellations, credits, debits, returns of non-faulty goods, VAS and DC requirements
- Managing the key activities and actions involved in processing an order to the satisfaction of the customer
