Fui responsável pela área de Comunicação e Marketing da Atlas no Brasil, me reportando à Head Global da área, localizada em Miami. Faziam parte de minhas atividades gerenciais a gestão do budget da área e o acompanhamento de indicadores de performance (KPIs) de forma a mensurar o alcance e efitividade do plano de comunicação.

From 2017 to 2022 I was responsible for Corporate Communication, Internal Communication and Marketing at ACCIONA in Brazil, in charge of the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy businesses.Reporting directly to the Country Director and functionally to the Director of Global Communication in Madrid, I worked adapting global strategies and programs, developing actions and campaigns according to local needs and internally promoting the company's strategies for leadership and team engagement.I managed the RPMA agency team that serves the company in order to monitor and direct the demands of the press, create and execute proactive strategies for relationships with stakeholders, as well as the performance in digital media, content creation on and off-line, events, among other activities of communication and marketing. I also participated on ESG and Diversity committees where I was directly involved in mapping needs and strategies to be adopted, monitoring performance indicators and implementing practices and projects. Together with the PEOPLE (HR) teams and the leadership of different projects of the company (construction works, mobility, sanitation and energy) I defined and implemented guidelines and internal and external communication campaigns in order to meet the needs of each business and location, as well as support the areas of community relations and social responsibility in their communication demands.
