At CAEP, I lead the recruitment efforts, helping students discover and enroll in our program. I design and launch engaging social media campaigns, crafting everything from eye-catching visuals to dynamic videos that capture our mission. Beyond just promotion, I ensure a seamless experience for students, guiding them step-by-step and staying connected throughout the process to offer personalized support and motivation, helping them thrive. My role blends creative strategy with hands-on mentorship, driving both awareness and success for our participants.

• User Research: Conducting research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of users to inform design decisions.• Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize the structure and flow of user interfaces.• User Interface Design: Designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, focusing on layout, color schemes, typography, and iconography.• Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision and user needs.• Iterative Design: Continuously improving designs based on feedback and evolving user requirements.

The position I held was with a company that brought in workforce from Asia. I entered the future employees' data into the immigration portal to obtain their residence permits and approvals. I handled the preparation of documents for work permits, residence permits, employment contracts, accommodation agreements, etc. I maintained contact with both employers and future employees via phone and email.I used tools like Microsoft Word and Excel to keep track of employees (who is coming to the country, whose residence permit is expiring, who has an appointment with immigration for a permit, etc.). I physically went to the immigration office to submit and collect documents and traveled to other cities (such as Calarasi) to expedite the document acquisition process.
