Avery is the world's largest supplier of labels and software solutions to enable short run digital printing in businesses and homesI defended and kept profitability and liquidity of €5M business through years of turbulence (Brexit, Covid, customers’ default, materials’ shortages, cost contingency), coordinating a team of 24 people and 1 production site, with full Capex, P&L and Balance Sheet responsibilityHere’s how I did it:* I ideated and kicked off a Digital Transformation process in my business, redesigning processes, increasing operations’ automation, developing new consumer services, supporting smart working and investing in technologies, leadership and training -> Plan delivered, execution started* I launched a new Direct-to-consumer Business model in Italy and Spain, with new production paradigms (from Make-To-Stock to Make-to-Order) and targeted investments in SEO, KWA and social media programmes –> Now delivering double-digit sales and income* I built a business case for Sustainability to embed it in our vision and mission following the ONU Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, mapping stakeholders, assessing materiality of our objectives, defining KPI and carbon neutrality goals -> YTD -24% CO2 emissions in 2 years as a result of the plan * I protected the Financial Health of the business -> In 3 years I improved working capital performance by 21%, increased Free cash flow by 9%, ROE by 46%, ROS by 13%, EBIT by 15%* I shaped an Adaptive Organization, self-learning, agile and robust that leverages on the swarm intelligence to cope with market challenges and opportunities, moving from legacy to an inclusive and digitally-enabled culture -> Strong development actions, coaching, mentoring and extensive training in place at all levels

Main achievements in previous roles and locations:* As Marketing Manager Italy and Spain & Global Accounts Italy, I developed the global accounts’ sales (25% of revenues) by 9% with a new customer-centric marketing approach* As Marketing Manager Italy and Spain, I designed a new brand positioning strategy focused on differentiation reaching 40% market share and moved the production lines from UK to Italy being in charge of the cross-functional and cross-country team* As Consumer Marketing Manager first and Trade Marketing Manager after, I Introduced the world-wide Premium brand from scratch in my region and then I integrated the newly acquired Italian mid-tier brand in the new organization, moving from Maidenhead in UK to Milan and Rome in Italy
