I hold an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Ornamental Horticulture from SUNY Cobleskill, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.As an Office Administrator, I oversee the full-desk recruitment and account management process for a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new. I source and screen potential candidates, oversee the hiring process from interview through the offer stage, and build and maintain close relationships/partnerships with clients and help them grow their business by developing and delivering the best candidates.
