I am the team focal point on governance and protocol matters for the Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC) Secretariat, working closely with the CCAC Board comprised of 10 member States, 2 NGOs and 2 international organisations. As governance lead, my work involves strategic oversight and working with Board to implement the CCAC 2030 Strategy. I draft and manage the production of CCAC Board Meeting background papers on substantive topics, as well as agendas, decisions and records for CCAC governance events. I also track the implementation and follow-up of CCAC governance decisions.I manage the coordination for the CCAC Technology and Economic Assessment Panel (CCAC-TEAP), which is modelled after the Montreal Protocol TEAP. CCAC-TEAP was established in 2023 to develop and share knowledge with countries about promising, innovative and underfinanced short-lived climate pollutant (SLCP) mitigation measures which can improve both climate and air quality outcomes. I work closely with the TEAP Co-Chairs and Panel to decide on the strategic topics that the TEAP will be focused on, and coordinate the production of briefs and reports.

Managed projects and partnerships for corporate social responsibility and pro bono activities across Hogan Lovells' 14 Continental European offices in nine countries. Accomplishments include:• Sustainability:(1) Led internal survey on existing environmental practices among office managers in the CE offices; contributing to the new global internal sustainability policy(2) Project team for “Rewilding Hogan Lovells”: development of corporate partnerships with rewilding NGOs, management of educational initiative on biodiversity conservation (three-episode podcast, webinar and website)(3) Organising an internal global educational webinar series for World Environment Day(4) Project team on developing The Chancery Lane Project in China, a collaborative project where lawyers help develop new, sustainability-focused contracts to fight climate change• Responsible Business and pro bono:(1) Regional EMEA lead for our Missing Maps project and partnership, where colleagues help create online maps for humanitarian work(2) Managing a pro bono project and producing a report on hate speech legislation involving 60+ lawyers across 24 Hogan Lovells offices; this work was for our corporate partner PeaceTech Labs, whose aim is to use technology to reduce violence and build peace(3) Team lead for several Business and Social Enterprise (BaSE) projects, including two in Paris and one across six EMEA countries in. The BaSE programme provides free top-tier legal advice from our lawyers to support the legal needs of social entrepreneurs.

Project: "From nature-based solutions in INDCs to consistent adaptation and mitigation policy planning in the Mediterranean"- Produced background notes, from conducting research and generating ideas based on desktop analysis and interviews- Organised and drafted outputs of 2 preparatory workshop meetings in Tunisia and Morocco in October 2016. Each workshop had approximately 12 participants from government ministries and local NGOs.- Organised and drafted output note (in English and French) of a UNFCCC COP 22 side-event on the subject.The project organised a COP22 side-event addressing how the nature-based policy content of Morocco’s and Tunisia’s INDCs, which are drafted as a list of measures, will be included in future development and nature protection policies, and to nourish discussions during this side-event with a short synthesis report presenting the context, issues and orientations for action.Included one-month secondment to IUCN-Med to conduct onsite and online interviews with IUCN colleagues and external parties, as well as access IUCN documents and information on nature-based solutions projects.
