Making sure the day is running on time and making allowances where needed.I also helped in the office for 5 months this involved being organised and front facing to all potential guests.I helped plan the weddings from viewings to final planning meetings and making sure every detail is covered. I helped out at spring pr one day a week to gain experience in the events industry. This is helping me gain more knowledge as I am doing my course on wedding and events management

I worked as a supervisor at fossil, this involved me opening and closing, motivating the team and doing the visual merchandising in store. I was in charge of doing all the floor moves and making sure we have all the current stock out and that it looks good.Team leadership and management was key as we a lot of younger team members who needed direction and guidence in what to do and how to act on teh shop floor.
