I love people and their stories, and feel blessed to have carved out a niche in the food and travel space the last twenty years as a journalist. I'm obsessed with seaweed and upcycled food, and am passionate about the burgeoning NA landscape — its makers, the inclusive and expanding bar culture around it and, of course, the products! In the last year, I have traveled deeply into the mental health niche, and it has been a true pleasure speaking with Jewel about her work helping youth navigate inner turmoil; learning about the science of both heartbreak and happiness; exploring toxic productivity; and learning about breath work as a way to find balance. I have traveled the world and love the people I meet and the places I am blessed to explore. I could speak endlessly about those things to anyone who will listen. In my PR and content creation business, I use my passion for storytelling to help nonprofits, entrepreneurs and corporations be seen for what and who they truly are — introducing the right people to their mission and message.
