Be aware of open orders and ensure customers are proactively informed of potential delays. Validation and order entry of customer purchase orders Document issues in case of incomplete /incorrect orders and escalate as appropriate Price / Availability / Order Status / Shipment Progress Placing Purchase orders on 3rd party suppliers if needed. Keeping track of orders until invoices have been raised Support in resolving disputes over payment of invoicedBack up for Customer Service Nordics as well as occasionally for Italy and France. Responsible for efficient and effective communication with all customers via phone and/or e-mail.2.
