I support individuals and couples in learning the tools to make your relationships thrive, whether you are single or in a partnership. While differences and conflicts are a normal, healthy part of a relationship, I help you see that you can still be successful in partnership, as long as you are always attending to your connection to each other by getting out of your head, and dropping down into your heart; I guide and support my clients on how to be with their emotional experience, while holding space for the experience of their partner. This is truly the way to coexist in love.I lead with a supportive/nurturing approach, but my superpower is to challenge the individual to grow and push their edges, by moving out of their comfort zone. By teaching and educating my clients on understanding their attachment style(s) and how that plays into their relationships, and through guiding them on their journey to creating more vulnerability in their lives, relationship goals are achieved. I am dedicated to supporting my clients in accessing their feelings through present centered coaching, and supporting them through the process of tearing down old outdated blocks to intimacy that are no longer serving them. I focus on uncovering what makes them and their partner feel most loved, seen, and supported – and then work with them on how to give it to each other. This is truly magic-making when it unfolds to create a corrective coaching experience.My life experiences have taught me a very crucial dynamic that I use as an effective tool in my practice: that all people are different. If you expect your partner to like and appreciate exactly what you do, you may be completely missing the boat. I support all people in uncovering their blocks to true connection and intimacy, and then help to make a workable plan to improve in these areas, with results being the main focus. I am also especially sensitive to the specific cultural dynamics of the Black and Latino communities, where therapy and coaching may hold some stigma.
