I am from California but recently moved to South Florida!! I love the beach, fitness, beauty products, making healthy recipes and I am obsessed with learning new workouts and finding new ways to be heathy!! I am pregnant and due November of 2015! i am so excited and can't wait for this new journey as a mama! I thought what better time to start my fitness business than when I am pregnant and want to be a fit mommy! I have always loved being active. From when I was a kid playing softball or basketball to going to the gym with my best friend in high school. After high school I learned that I really enjoyed working out and liked seeing results!! I also loved the feeling I got after I worked out so I continued to do so. I took up running when I was in my early 20's and really enjoyed it! Especially since I would run with my mom and sister! It was so fun to have that healthy activity together! I also taught The Dailey Method for about 2 1/2 years and loved being an instructor!! Now I love trying new workouts and working out with my also very active husband!!My goals are to do this fun beachbody business while still being able to run my husband and my Swimming Pool and Spa business!! I also love that there is flexibility in both since I am pregnant. I can still do all these things I love and be helping people from home!! I love that I can get to know other people and there fitness journeys whether they are pregnant, not-pregnant, trying to get pregnant, single, have children, or anyone else!!!!! i want to help people get to their best self through health and fitness!
