My mission is to recruit, enroll, and support the next generation of leaders and change-makers who will tackle the most complex challenges facing our world today.In my current role as the Associate Dean of Enrollment and New Programs at RAND's Graduate School, I oversee the development and implementation of new academic programs, partnerships, and initiatives. These efforts enhance the quality, diversity, and impact of our institution. I also manage the recruiting and admissions processes, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent from various backgrounds and disciplines.I have been recognized for my innovation and excellence in creating and executing strategies that have significantly increased enrollment, retention, and graduation rates.
