 Complete new hire forms and process employee status changes (manage files for 35+ employees) Responsible for maintaining up-to-date employee files Establish and administer employee policies Responsible for remaining current on Louisiana employment law practices Annually research, analyze, and select a cost efficient health insurance group plan for company employees Responsible for all employee status changes regarding insurance policies and retirement plan  Respond to all employee inquiries Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees Ensure completion and proper maintenance of employee records  Process bi-weekly payroll using QuickBooks software (timekeeping) Responsible for 90 day and annual performance evaluations  Research, compose, and update job analysis for specific positions Organize shipping, receiving, and storage with vendors for large shipments Organize the installation and implementation of Point of Sale software with vendors Organize training sessions on Point of Sale software for employees Order and maintain office supplies and equipment Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies Collect monthly market research and submit monthly report by specified date Provide informational tours to potential clients as a leasing agent  Follow-up with all potential clients to ensure satisfaction and answer questions Assist in organizing events and prepare for resident functions Organize and prepare new move-in paperwork and assist new residents with the move-in process Responsible to collect all information required from each new resident, process the data, and receive approval before the move-in date Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
