Perform both administrative and customer service duties for a twelve-storey, multi-office building, including: managing building access, including assigning and monitoring parking spaces for four garage levels; managing use of common areas of the building; coordinating and keeping track of multiple schedules; liaising with various service providers; acting as the building's primary informational resource, fielding a wide variety of questions (particularly concerning the building, the surrounding area, and current events) from guests, tenants, and service professionals; and providing a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

Took calls and fielded customer concerns, primarily regarding billing and/or account issues; often the top upseller in the site; strove to create a bond with each customer during short conversations, and was overwhelmingly successful.

Employed by a variety of families, usually as a regular (worked with one family for over eight years, usually five days a week). Cared for children from under one month to thirteen years old. Responsibilities included: balancing multiple children’s schedules; defusing sibling rivalry; ensuring children completed their responsibilities; and keeping both parents and children satisfied with my efforts.

Entered as a student caller in 2008, promoted to manager in 2010. Encouraged giving to the college’s Annual Fund; organized calling sessions; kept hundreds of paper files organized; kept tally of gift total each night; resolved issues with concerned, questioning, and contrary alumnae. Raised over $100,000 during my employment.
