• Supporting the transition of 2000+ lab scientists & scientific equipment from AZ’s current laboratory footprint in Cambridge to their new purpose built R&D facility on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus (CBC).• Ambassador and leader from within Site Operations team for all change activities, through the occupation / hyper care period and service stabilisation process.• Build new and leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders to support transition of AZ employees and equipment• Work with Asset management and Site Operations teams, including supply partners to ensure coherent engagement from the Customer and Site Services team and a full understanding of all key dependencies

• Managing all service streams, building relationships with key stakeholders, improving engagement of the Sodexo team, ensuring compliance through Sodexo and AstraZeneca processes is maintained • Mentoring key team members to have the tools to progress, managing budgets and accounts, using all AZ and Sodexo systems for reporting• Managing a direct team of six Operations Managers with an accumulative team of 230 staff.• Stabilisation of ‘problem’ locations on the contract through strong working relationships with AZ and all service providers including Avantor, ISDM and CBRE. Actively supporting projects including, chiller works, IT upgrades, population moves etc.

• Full management of all elements of the business, including Stock control, rota’s, customer relationships, service management and menu planning • Building Maintenance, pinpointing maintenance issues and rectifying them either myself or arranging appropriate works to be carried out by third parties• 2015 Best Fine Dining. Restaurant and Overall winner of The Hertfordshire Food and Drink awards and The Good Food Award and then in 2016 Best Independent Restaurant and Overall Winner once again. We also got into the Michelin Guide 2017

London/Leeds

• Diary planning and Management including planning and prioritising of workload in a pressurised environment.• Property Management, Maintenance issues including liaison with tenants, trade contractors and suppliers, negotiating with Letting agents to achieve win-win results. Management of vehicle fleet, including insurance, taxation and maintenance requirements• Management of two practices, with responsibility for day to day running, staffing, diary management, stock control and ordering, health and safety issues. Used R4 Software in NHS practice and Software of Excellence in Private Practice.• Implemented the takeover of three further practices, requiring extensive project management and negotiation.
