This role involved using the customer database, amending customer’s loyalty points and replying to correspondence from customers, travel agents and colleagues. This job involved working to targets, this being made up of number of sales, quality monitoring and revenue. I was consistently one of the top bookers in the contact centre, and enjoyed making salesand building rapport, as well as the more challenging aspects of the role such as complaint handling and issues with bookings.
