After more than 25 years in the service industry, I’ve honed a deep appreciation for the ever-changing rhythm of customer interactions and the adaptability it requires. I’ve enjoyed the flexibility, the daily surprises, and the chance to connect with people from all walks of life.Outside of work, you’ll likely find me exploring a trail, lost in a good book, or hitting the gym. For a special dose of joy, I volunteer at Central Texas Pig Rescue, where I get to enjoy the outdoors while making sure all of our more than 200 residents are fed, watered, and cared for (which of course includes chatting with them and sharing treats).As much as I’ve valued my time in the service industry, I’m ready for a new chapter—one that allows me to channel my love for analysis and problem-solving. I’ve always had a knack for spreadsheets and data (I truly geek out over spreadsheets). If I could go back, I might have pursued an accounting degree, but it’s never too late to dive into what truly excites you.I’m seeking a role where I can bring my customer-focused mindset, hands-on experience, and analytical skills to the table.
