I love being a geologist. I enjoy taking Earth’s complex systems and unraveling them into manageable parts. I excel at doing the same in business projects, while identifying redundant processes and streamlining tasks.One of my most rewarding experiences was coordinating a seismic reprocessing project involving 30+ individuals between two companies with 3D seismic covering over 10,000 square miles of area. The scope of the assignment had never been attempted. It was a challenge to ensure business needs were met while managing people, data, and expectations. The final product was so satisfying and I cherish the friendships I made and the lessons I learned during the experience.I am most productive when I know the purpose of my tasks and like to dig into the details to ensure all uncertainties are addressed. I believe everyone has the right to feel included and be heard.
