As a student ambassador at Murdoch University, I represent and promote the university to prospective students, parents, and the wider community. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Engineering Honours majoring in Electrical and Renewable Energy Engineering, a field that I am deeply intrigued by and eager to learn more about, specifically renewable energies. I have a strong background in STEM, having studied a double degree of a Bachelor of Science in Animal Health and Genetics and Molecular Biology at Murdoch University, and a Higher National Diploma in Environmental Monitoring and Technology from North Metropolitan TAFE.I also work as a specialty barista at Uptown, a popular coffee shop that prides itself on delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service. I have over six years of experience in the coffee industry. I have previously worked as a manager and head specialty barista at Vinyl Cafe and also at Uptown where I led and trained a team of baristas and oversaw the daily operations. I thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments, where I can apply my problem-solving, quality management, and team leadership skills. I am always keen to learn new things and take on new challenges. My ultimate goal is to combine my passion for sustainability, the environment and engineering with my skills and experience in customer service and quality management and contribute to developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the world.
