I became a home care aid in May of 2017 i took care of my clients by helping them around the house taking them to dr. app also doing arrends for them. I just recently got promoted to feild supervisor for addus which that includes doing home visits making sure that the home care aids are doing their job correctly and reporting back to my supervisor. I became a service coordinator 11/2018 where I do a lot of authorization for clients to get service I’m a service coordinator over 5 county’s I have about 60 employees I’m in charge of and bout 80 clients out of the 5 county’s I work with micro soft and snap shot and horizon excel word I fax and scan from my computer I did Cic reports which are change in condition of the client I answer phones and do receptionist work one day a week at the office I’ve also held two in service meeting required by the state for my employees

I helped set the store up and stocked the shelves and trained to be a cashier before they opened up we cut the boxes open set them on the shelf moved the old to the front put the new products behind we did fronting the shelves cleaned went to the carts from the parking lot
