For project management, Agile approach implements for Merger & Acquisitions, ERP, Digital Transformation, plant & office relocation, SME Business Re-engineering process, Energy Saving program, Tender's document submission via BIM & building iOT automation projects.

• Post-development (Building of works) included defects review, vetting as-built drawings, A&A works with vendors & sub-contractors. • Providing a reactive maintenance program within the buildings, as well as ensuring a preventative & corrective maintenance plan is in place.• To monitor the service contractors & their performance are delivered in good quality, efficient and are complied with work procedures, performance benchmarking.

JLL secondment to HSBC• Monitor closely building facilities, HVAC, Lighting, Lift & Escalators, Fire equipment, PA system performance in integrated control room. • Ensuring full H&S compliance training with cleaning vendor & site technicians. • To conduct manpower deployments fully comply with Employment Ordinance during typhoon & emergency recovery procedure.

To co-ordinate with RGBC, MWC & domestic sub-contractors and set up working schedule, liaison with the Building Management offices & statutory department for work permit and approval. To work with interior designers to promote design & contracting service for residential flats & commercial arcade.

Prepare Tender & quotation for A&A & reinstatement projects of school, retail shops & office complex in HK & mainland China. The company was a drafting agency of Architectural Service dept. ArchSD (建築署).
