As a workplace designer with over 10years experience I strongly believe in the humanity- centered design approach. Over the last years I developed tools to better understand brands, culture and processes to create spaces which reflect corporate values as well as the lived employees culture. I have been leading projects from 400sqm up to 16000sqm - always learning about human behaviour and constantly improving my design process. Currently my focus lies on bringing science and design together to create places which do help people to work better, be happier and be healthier.Personally I am full of energy, I love to get connected with different professionals (no, not only architects) to create design and spaces which will also be loved and understood by non-designers. Self-realization is nice, but not important. Listen, understand the people you are designing for and then support with all your skills and passion.
