Over seven years of employment my role evolved from accounts payable, accounts receivable and human resources responsibilities to include sales and marketing support. In this role I would plan and pitch campaigns to clients; closing business ranging from 170K-38K. I supervised and supported display advertising sales staff on a daily basis. When necessary I would intervene in print and digital campaigns to ensure success for client and the Reader. The Marketing Manager and I would coordinate, collaborate and create appropriate partnerships. My accounts receivable duties included managing accounts to ensure they remained credit-worthy. My accounts payable duties involved coding and routing invoices and responding promptly to requests on payments status. I was the point of contact regarding distribution and circulation questions and concerns internally and from the public in addition to making changes to locations as necessary.
