Providing clerical support to the stoploss underwriting team, Commencement Bay Risk Management. I run monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, expense reporting, aggregate reports, manage a team SharePoint site and a team OneNote notebook.

Provide clerical support for a busy property management and real estate office. Daily tasks include processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, order supplies, answer multi-line phone system, general office tasks like faxing, copying, and scanning, website management, property marketing, tenant screening, lease signing, and provide additional support to the office staff as needed.

Provide clerical support to the owner and office manager. Process incoming time sheets, payroll, job costing, scanning, shredding, schedule appointments, and other duties as assigned.

Perform billing function which may include all or some of the following: data enter billing information; prepare initial billing including recording any discrepancies onto permanent record; post payments into billing system; provide billing and account information to patients, clients and insurance companies; reconcile and prepare daily bank deposits and receipts, research and resolve credit balances, missing payments and unposted cash as appropriate, resolve insurance claim rejections/denials and remedy expediently. Billing functions performed in EPIC.

Provide clerical support for the claims department including process incoming and outgoing correspondence, train staff on processes and computer programs, order supplies, expense reports, maintain department org charts and databases, create newsletters, schedule and facilitate meetings, support and maintain internal SharePoint websites and shared OneNote notebooks, and other duties as assigned.

Provide information, education and assistance to members, providers, other insurance companies, attorneys, agents/brokers or other member representatives on recorded phone lines regarding benefits, claims and eligibility.
