As Marketing Coordinator at Mackey Mitchell Architects, I managed the process of responding to RFQs and RFPs from a wide variety of potential clients, including higher education, K-12 schools, and state agencies. I prepared compelling SOQs based on the specific requirements of the RFQ/Ps, paying meticulous attention to detail. I wrote and edited firm profiles, resumes, project descriptions, and project-specific narratives.I was responsible for coordination of all activities related to professional conferences throughout the year, overseeing the development of display graphics and collateral materials, arranging sponsorships, securing exhibit space and amenities, scheduling staff for attendance, and ensuring follow-up with contacts from the event.
