I handle day-to-day operations across all of the companies in the Hearthside family. I support our managers, agents, and employees with whatever they need to be successful. I interface with all departments on agent, employee, and vendor issues, new initiatives, products and services, marketing and PR materials and needs, and local and regional market forecasting and planning. Hiring new employees and managing the entire employee experience - onboarding, training, and performance reviews, all fall under my purview.I focus on strategic planning and execution to enhance productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operations. Work with the executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction. Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and presents suggestions to the Owners for consideration. Oversee & maintain all training programs within company. Create & teach extensive technology training sessions for agents, managers & staff on all levels of proficiency. Each year, re-work the company education program to include many new online and classroom courses, including webinar and video-on-demand. Teach for local and state associations, Coldwell Banker and other regional and national conference events. Manage and maintain several social networking profiles, a blog and a YouTube channel - both my own and the company's accounts to connect with our agents, managers and staff online. Additionally, I am co-founder of the Pennsylvania Young Professionals Network, a national blogger for the NAR YPN Lounge and a columnist for Realtor(r) Magazine online.
