Oversaw reviewing expenditures, savings recommendations and report analytics specific to budgetary planning, supply chain management, supplier relationship management, synergistic buying and process flow efficiency in all areas of marketing. Utilized advanced negotiation skills of major national and international contracts. Developed strategic alliances with major corporate sponsors that encompass all of the assets of Harrah's Entertainment and leveraged co-branding opportunities.
