I have recently chosen to reevaluate my career path and am looking at continuing my education in a more focused area, specifically Human Resources. Throughout my previous employment I held roles that incorporated Human Resources in various ways - conducting pre-employment interviews, developing employment screening system, compiling company policies and procedures for new employees, processing new employee paperwork including W-4's, I-9's, and all other necessary forms, reporting new hires to the state, and also serving as the primary contact and, when necessary, mediator for employee relations - but am now working to gain formal education in the field so that I can expand my employment opportunities and allow my self to grow professionally.
