Responsible for Event Marketing, Strategy, and Operations for all Total Gym trade shows and corporate events related to sales, education and distribution networks. Management and optimization of CRM Database and Electronic Marketing Program. • Managed the planning, execution & budgeting of Total Gym’s annual event plan to optimize return on investment. Included developing an integrated event marketing plan, recommending and negotiating sponsorship and exhibit contracts, execution of before, during and post show logistics, strategizing promotional activity before, during and after events , contributed to recruiting and maintaining relationships with independent contractors, and the production of an 18-24 month floating calendar of events.• Developed best business practice to optimize the CRM database of over 200 000 records to increase overall Total Gym sales and revenue. Managed the integrity of the database as well as provided training and support to end users. Oversaw the database implementation from Sales Logix to Oracle on Demand.• Managed the electronic marketing campaign calendar including optimizing the frequency, target audience, and creative process thereby increasing leads, maintaining the brand and moving customers from lead to purchase. Tracked the effectiveness of the campaigns and made recommendations to improve ongoing digital marketing activity.• Manage the education department for Total Gym including overseeing the Master Trainer Team, the marketing strategy, logistics, continuing education accreditation and development of education courses and workshops.
