• Working in conjunction with the Project Manager, Discipline Leads and Project Team Members to execute projects on schedule and within approved budgets (Peer Review/FS/CD/BD/DD)• Scheduling and coordinating both internal and external meetings for the CRB and client/project teams, including meeting resources, site registrations, providing support for organizing work permits etc.• Attending project meetings as needed; preparing meeting minutes, action item lists, etc., and distributing them accurately and proactively in alignment with the Project Manager• Assisting Project Manager in leading internal and external project team meetings, generating and issuing project reports, including budget, spend and earned value tracking with project manager and discipline leads• Leading subprojects within the project independently to support / offload the Project Manager, informing Project Manager about critical information and checking in with Project Manager when needed• Assisting with the development or management of contract documents, subconsultant agreements, project execution plans (PEPs), resource plan, schedule, invoices, fee spreadsheet and earned value tracking tools.• Managing overall project deliverables in accordance with the project execution plan, budget, schedule, and the CRB Quality Plan.• Assisting with directing weekly and day-to-day activities of project technical staff and administrative staff to ensure high quality and timeliness of deliverables

During my doctoral time I characterized the P. aeruginosa YfiR protein in conjunction with its interaction partner YfiN, a protein located in the inner membrane of the cell. Structural analysis of YfiR revealed a dimeric assembly of the protein in the crystal. SEC-MALLS analysis of wildtype YfiR and a dimeric-interface mutant demonstrated that the protein is dimerizing with a high affinity in solution, via the same interface observed in the crystal structure. In a next step, a functional assay was established using YfiN and YfiR, which provided evidence that YfiR is inhibiting YfiN activity in-vitro.Ultimately, my thesis provided solid biochemical foundation for future work towards an ever more detailed understanding of the YfiBNR system of P. aeruginosa, which thereby provided insight into bacterial signaling.Thesis title: ‘Structural and functional investigations of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa YfiBNR-system’Technical expertise:- Structure determination using X-ray crystallography-Upstream Processing (USP) including construct design and expression using bacterial cells- DSP: Process design and optimisation to purify the recombinant (membrane) proteins (HPLC, FPLC, SEC, IEC....)- Analytical Method Development and Optimisation in order to characterise Biologics- Crystallization of proteins using high throughput methodsBiophysics- Multi-angle-laser-light scattering (DLS/MALLS/SEC-MALLS)- Thermal shift assay, Differential scanning calorimetry- Isothermal calorimetry titration (ITC)Biochemistry- PCR- protein characterization (SDS-PAGE, Western Blot)- Experience in handling of membrane proteins
