I started my professional career in sales during BlackFriday season in 2018. I was studying Services Management at University and dealt daily with the consequences of a good or a disastrous service provided to customers.During this experience that had a positive impact on me, I had a manager who always nurtured my desire to learn and a team that allowed me to evolve and together share ideas daily about visual merchandising, achievement and daily goals. I learned the art of serving the customer and exceed expectations.After completing the master's in service management, I found the opportunity to be part of an expansion project with the opening of several marketplaces in Europe. I worked autonomously and developed experiences proven to be positive thanks to collaboration within the company and between partners. With the need to adapt to the company and its processes, I tried to understand their needs, and to know what obstacles I could contribute to facilitating data reporting, information management, and decision making, for later respond to these needs with maps for P&L management in certain domains.Still, my desire to understand how far I could go led me to travel to my home country, where I found several cultural/business differences, but a core similarity: “Making a customer happy is our primary goal”.
