Stefanie Ridenour is an Associate Director with Levoca, a global advisory firm that mobilizes impact finance to deliver on the Sustainable Development Goals. In this role, she serves as a key member of the Secretariat of the Outcomes Finance Alliance and Outcomes Accelerator to support the mainstreaming of outcomes-based financing approaches. Previously, Stefanie worked at the World Bank for nine years partnering with government and private sector clients in emerging markets on projects to enhance job creation and economic growth. She led the development and launch of one of the World Bank's first Development Impact Bonds focused on youth unemployment in Palestine. Prior to her international career, Stefanie created and led innovative statewide economic development programs while working for the Michigan Governor’s Executive Office and Michigan Economic Development Corporation. Stefanie has an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Michigan State University and a graduate degree in International Development & Business from Georgetown University. Stefanie speaks French, some Arabic, and is based in Washington DC.
