In this position, I oversaw and executed a $17 million medical material and equipment account in addition to directing the medical emergency management and training program for over 100 staff members. Directing supply chain during the COVID-19 pandemic proved further challenging and rewarding. Originally hired to be a department director of insurance and referral management operations, after a few months of onboarding, the Chief of Administration position opened and I was immediately considered to fill the role. During my time, I directly oversaw and lead five departments comprised of 42 personnel executing all administrative functions for a $13 million ambulatory clinic operation supporting 5,000 beneficiaries. I led the implementation of a new Primary Care delivery model, orchestrating the realignment of over 200 positions into new operational departments to streamline and enhance access to care to our patient population.
