As an experienced leader and psychosocial advisor in occupational health services, I am passionate about promoting a safe and supportive work environment. My goal is to contribute to the development of sustainable and health-promoting workplaces, where employees thrive and perform at their best.In my role within occupational health services, I work closely with both employees and management to identify challenges, implement measures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and HSE regulations. Through my work, I have gained extensive experience in managing psychosocial factors that affect the work environment, which has strengthened my expertise in stress management, assessments, conflict resolution, and guidance.In my spare time, I actively participate in Norges Lotteforbund, where I combine my interests in leadership, preparedness, organisation, community engagement, and the defence force.
